Our apologies for last week’s absence. Barbara’s computer is still off sick so Chris is doing this (sort of) on the grounds that, having got her car back, she’s feeling a little more compos mentis than previously – though after the printer problems of the last couple of weeks where class notes have printed out in fetching shades of pink, or blue stripes, or even purple, but never the greyscale intended …. yet another printer has now been purchased to add to the growing heap. What can we say – it’s been an interesting, but very fraught, few weeks here at C&B Enterprises!
So, back to Step 7 – which we managed to rescue from Barbara’s computer during a brief moment when it came to life before suffering another relapse. You can download the printable version as well.
You will need fabrics A, B and D.
From Fabric B cut 4 strips 2½”
From each of Fabrics A and D cut 2 strips 2½”
Pair and stitch A and B strips, press and cut apart in 2½” slices – you will need a total of 36 slices AB
Pair and stitch B and D strips, press and cut apart in 2½” slices – again you will need a total of 36 slices.
Arrange and assemble the slices into 4patch units as shown.
Keep in a safe place until next week.
