Flying Geese class

Cold day, warm room (and cake) = happy quilters!  We had a full house for Flying Geese and everyone made a 12inch Dutchman’s Puzzle block with individually stitched Geese units, then went on to the heady heights of making four Geese units at once before exploring the simplicity of Wandering Geese.  Chris managed to stay upright for most of the day – it was her first full day on her feet since the Dreaded Flu – and Barbara managed to keep some sort of order for most of the day = happy teachers!

This is what the end of class looks like to us when (almost) everyone has gone and we have packed the kitchen stuff, display stuff, and all the other stuff into our cars …
